I purchased a computer for trading with 6 screens a year or so ago, it was a very easy experience with Darren who explained why he suggested a particular configuration, and the equipment arrived on schedule and worked perfectly at the first attempt.
Multiple Monitors are brilliant and I cannot speak of them, or recommend them, highly enough. I acquired a specialist 4-screen Trader computer. Fantastic kit; fast, quiet, aesthetically pleasing, all at a great price.
I recently purchased their specialist traders computer. I needed a computer that could run 6 screens. They were fantastic. They built the computer to my specification and kept me updated at all times.

It depends on your workload however the answer is 'most likely'.
A standard spec Ultra is a very fast computer. Don't discount the i3 processor as slow, it isn't. In terms of raw processing speed it beats 10th and 11th generation Intel i7's!
Moving up to the i5 levels mainly add's greater multi-tasking capabilities, where as the i7 and i9's add both raw speed and extreme multi-threaded performance levels, overkill for most people really.
If your monitor has a digital port on it, i.e. HDMI, DisplayPort, or DVI then it will be compatible. The only ones which you may have a problem with are VGA only screens. VGA uses an older analogue signal which modern graphics cards rarely output, and cheap adapters are highly unstable.
In terms of screen resolution, Full HD, Quad HD and 4K screens are supported but if you are intedning to run lots of higher res screens then selcting a high powered graphics card is a good choice.
For cabling needs you can get cables that go from any digital monitor port to another, they are widely available. If you're unsure then just get in touch, we can advise on the best way forward.
Unfortunately we do not offer onsite installation services however you don't really need one. We pre-setup your Ultra in the workshop with all the required software, drivers and updates and then it goes through 32 hours of stress testing before it reaches you.
After delivery all you need to do is plug in the power cable, your mouse and keyboard, and then connect your screens. Power on and it will load straight into a Windows desktop ready to use.
The Ultra PC comes configured exactly as you have selected above, you get a UK power lead, your Windows license, and any other kit you have added in the configurator above (keyboard, speakers, Wi-Fi card, etc.). Everything arrives together in one delivery.
If you are looking for new screens and a multi-screen standthen take a look at our bundle deals. These include some free PC upgrades, free cabling, a discount, and free delivery.
We do a lot of stress testing upfront on our computers to ensure they arrive with you in top condition, this solves a lot of initial hardware problems before the PC gets to you.
If the worst does happen then you have a 1 year onsite hardware warranty which runs alongside a 5 year hardware labour warranty package.
You can check out our full warranty page here for all of warranty service details.
Moving installed software from one Windows PC to another is not actually possible for most modern packages. What you need to do is reinstall software rather than moving it. Some programs allow you to export or backup your settings, if yours has this feature then you would make a backup on the old PC and then copy that backup file to your new one and do a restore or import.
Any web based software does not need moving, you just sign in on the new computer and you're instantly back up and running.
For files and folders often the easiest method of transferring them is using a USB memory stick and copy / pasting things across that way. If you use dropbox, OneDrive, or Google drive then your files will download to the new machine automatically once you setup the cloud storage service on it.
The Ultra is a flexible PC but if you're stuggling to pick one CPU over the other why not give Darren a call, he'll give you honest and pressure free advice to get a setup right for your needs.
