Are you sure these screens will fit together properly?
Yes, we guarantee that any screen and stand combination we offer will work together perfectly, that’s the whole point of buying an array from us rather than sourcing parts separately. Every stand and every screen we sell has been checked for VESA compatibility (75×75 or 100×100), bezel thickness, depth clearance on the mount, and the overall footprint on a standard desk.
How are the screens mounted to the stand?
Every screen we sell has either a 75×75 or 100×100 VESA pattern on the back, these are the four screw holes sometimes called a wall mount interface. All of our Synergy stands have VESA mounts on them with plates that perfectly match the VESA 75 or VESA 100 screw spacing. We also provide the screws required to attach the mount to the screens.
Do I need to clamp or drill through my desk?
No, the Synergy Stand uses a free standing base. It has been designed so the weight of the stand and screens sits directly over the base making it completely stable. Once mounted up it would take a real effort to try and knock the array over.
Using a free standing base makes installation easier and also allows you to place and then move the array anywhere you want rather than being tied to a desk edge or constantly having to drill holes in your desk.
What cables and accessories come with an array?
You get a 3-metre premium video cable for every screen (DisplayPort or HDMI to match your PC’s outputs), long enough to cable tidy behind your screens and stand so you will not see any cables when setup. Each screen also comes with a standard 1.8m power cable. Many customers use a power extension block mounted behind the screens to accept the power cables.
How does an array actually arrive?
One delivery. The stand ships flat-packed with an illustrated step-by-step guide and all the tools required to bolt it together, we also email a video assembly guide on dispatch. The screens ship in their own boxes, fully protected. Cables come packaged in with the stand.
Can I add a computer to this later?
Absolutely, buy a multi-screen computer from us at any time, and we’ll match the graphics card to the number of screens on your array. What’s the warranty situation?
Synergy stands carry a lifetime warranty on the stand parts. Screens are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, typically 3 years. You can view our warranty details page here.
