We can schedule calls outside of these working hours if needed, just drop us an email with a suitable time in and your best phone number and we will give you a call.

Any support requests emailed in are sent straight to our technicians no matter what time or day this is and when required / appropriate we will contact you back outside of standard office hours.
Email generally works best for support as it allows us to keep a log of the issues however we are happy to discuss any support problems over the phone too.
Tips To Enable Faster Support
1. If possible please let us know your original order number if you have it available, if not the name of the person who placed the order, or a delivery address help us identify the order quickly which is important so we can see the items ordered.
2. If you are seeing any error messages or strange behaviour please try to take a picture of the issue / message using a phone and then email that through with your support request.
