Returns Policy

Multiple Monitor products may be returned within Thirty (30) calendar days for a full refund of the purchase price.

We will also pay for all return delivery costs, and aslong as the product is returned in perfect condition in the original packaging, we promise to refund all payments in full, whatever the reason for return!

For all products which are returned:

• Which have been damaged or used
• Without prior contact with us
• Without original packaging
• With missing parts, components, documents or any other originally delivered accessories
• Without prepaid delivery

Multiple Monitors reserves the right to either refuse to refund the original purchase price, or to charge you for repair or related fees and delivery charges. We may in that case deduct those fees and charges from any payments to be refunded to you. Subject to the above qualifications, we will repay the actual amount paid to us, less any fees and charges due to us (as per the above) on returned Products, by issuing you a refund using the refund method we choose.

All product returns must be pre-arranged with us before being sent back.
